Yes, I eat white rice & white bread BUT I have Crohn’s Disease and cannot digest high fiber foods. Also most foods and beverages, when consumed in moderation, are usually fine unes a particular condition would make even a small amount dangerous. Finally, in my case my sodium (salt) intake needs to be higher than average because my blood work usually shows my level to e low. Generalized diets can be very dangerous.

Because I have active Crohn’s Disease, I must avoid high fiber foods- so white rice is a big part of my diet and white bread when I don’t have a better choice. I included my occaisonal dark chocolate in the candy question. So I’m as nurionally correct in my choices than you really know. Also, I use “plant” buttet that does not contain trans fats.
