I got 20 out of 20!
From Lucy and Hitchcock, to Dragnet and the Three Stooges, you are truly a student of popular 50s television! Maybe you remember cramping around your old big-box TV with the family, TV dinners in hand, and being blown away by the new generation of TV shows. Or maybe you only know them from Nick at Nite reruns โ but however you remember, you know that this was TVโs beginning. There was never anything like 50s TV before, and the 50s were the beginning of the TV as we know it today.
Quite a few of these were steady viewing for me back in the day: I Love Lucy, Honeymooners, Dragnet, Perry Mason, and What’s My Line?
20/20
I used to watch a few of these shows — The Honeymooners, Dragnet, Perry Mason — while the rest were common knowledge being well-publicized.
