The first ever Sexiest Man Alive was Mel Gibson in 1985. 32 years later, people still eagerly wait to see who the symbol of attractiveness is each year. Male celebs that have been given the honor include David Beckham, Brad Pitt, George Clooney and Chris Hemsworth.
