As a vegetarian, I had to select “Neutral” for every meal because I know that they all have animal-based food. For the past 38 years, I’ve requested AVML (Asian vegetarian meal) because the Indian meal is invariably well prepared and tasty. But you must choose it
in advance of boarding.
