We have a tendency to paint people with broad strokes based on their age or generation that they belong to. We think a certain way of millennials and baby boomers based on conventional stereotypes. We do the same with generation-Xers, gen-Yers, gen-Zers as well as every other generation. But as we know, even though you were born in a certain year it doesn't necessarily mean that you share the same traits as the people who were also born at around the same time; you could easily have the personality of someone from an entirely different generation instead.
