Many of us face some form of anxiety in our everyday life. Whether it is having to speak to a crowd, or an ongoing difficult financial situation, such matters may cause us to get butterflies in the stomach. Another thing that can trigger anxiety is the lack of sleep. Try to clear your mind before heading to bed and get a good 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night.
