Premium subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. You can use any major credit card and mobile payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay. This provides you with flexible and secure payment options, ensuring the safety of your financial information.

The security of your financial information is our top priority. All payments for Premium are processed through Stripe, one of the most trusted and secure payment platforms worldwide.

Stripe uses industry-leading encryption and fraud prevention tools to keep your financial information private while confirming that your transaction is secure.

You do not share your financial details with Quizly, as Stripe handles the transaction securely on our behalf.

All prices are in US dollars.

To update your subscription, simply sign in to your account, visit your subscription page, and click "Manage Subscription". This will take you to your Stripe Customer Portal, where you can update your subscription to choose a different plan. The change will be applied starting from your next renewal date.

Note: Legacy Premium subscribers who pay with PayPal would need to first cancel their recurring subscription on PayPal.com, before purchasing a new subscription here (the new payment will be processed via Stripe).

Yes. To cancel your subscription, simply sign in to your account, visit your subscription page, and click "Manage Subscription". This will take you to your Stripe Customer Portal, where you can cancel your subscription.

Note: If you are a legacy Premium subscriber who pay with PayPal, you can cancel your PayPal recurring subscription by logging in to your account on PayPal.com.

To avoid account charges for the next renewal, cancel at least one day before each renewal date.

If you decide to cancel your Premium subscription, you will continue to have access to the Premium features until the end of your current billing period.

After that, your account will revert to the standard, ad-supported version of Quizly without the Premium benefits.

We currently do not offer a trial period. However, you can subscribe on a monthly basis and can cancel at any time if you decide it's not right for you.

When you start a Premium membership, you can access your account across all platforms and devices. Simply sign in with your account on each device.

Premium currently does not support family sharing. Each subscription is individual and cannot be shared with multiple accounts. However, we are always looking to improve our services and may consider adding this feature in the future.
