I’ve been journaling for most of my life. I was hoping for a suggestion of something new. Oh well, its a silly AI driven quiz, and I get a correct response less than 10% of the time. But I can’t deny that Quizly is addictive.

This is a bad idea. I would need a very big book. Or 12. Or more. And I would need to print off all my pictures. And then…expensive papers and liners and….as fun as this would be…I just might get frustrated with it.😅

Try bread making! You can work out all your anger and frustration on the dough. Not only will this give your hands something to do but at the end, YOU GET BREAD! And who can be upset while eating bread, I ask you?
Scrapbooking I used to do it about 50 years ago when I was a kid, I didn`t use fancy stuff I just put pictures in them, that I was interested in. I`ve still got them they are in a wardrobe.
