Don’t get anxiety very often but do get it, suppose most people do trying to survive in this crazy world we have to live in nowadays. Get worried about what gonna happen in future as we both age it becomes very real with each year that goes quicker the older you get. And had and still have tons of worry about youngest sons mental health. You have to learn to switch off and do things you like to do, put yourself first for 1st time wish I could still exercise tho, no way with arthritis.Not had any luck for long time.

You prob. don’t have anxiety and I certainly know how to manage my stress levels but not thro exercise wish I could used togo gym but don’t anymore since covid made everything worse with arthritis, can’t walk as wellanymore without pain changed life totally but carry on trying, had to alter everything way I do things, right pain can’t go where you want toanymore but will carryon carrying on as best I can, old age eh nice you get there but certainly no fun!!
