What if my school doesn't issue email addresses?
If your school does not issue email addresses, please
contact our support team with proof of your educator status. We will review your case on an individual basis.
How long does the approval process take?
The approval process typically takes 3-5 business days. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation, and your account will be upgraded to Premium.
Can I share my Premium account with other teachers?
No, the Premium account provided through this program is non-transferable and intended for use by the teacher who applied. Sharing login credentials with others is prohibited.
What happens if I use the account for non-educational purposes?
