Who doesn't love fast food? Sure, it may not be the healthiest for you, but it is quick, cheap, convenient for people on the go, and often tastes amazing. Almost everything about fast food, from tasty ingredients to the feel-good marketing, is designed to make you crave it over and over again. Maybe you just love the taste of a Burger King Whopper. Maybe eating chicken nuggets evokes fond memories of enjoying a Happy Meal in childhood. Whatever it is, fast food is often the perfect comfort food for many of us.

But know that a fast food meal, especially one that comes complete with soda and French fries, is usually full of bad fats, sugar, and salt.
