Baby boomers are those who were born in the two decades following World War II. Because of their age now, health concerns play an important role in their choice of food.

Curious Gen-Zers—those born in the years 1997-2012, following millennials—are open to new experiences and don't like staying still. Their taste preferences can overlap with their predecessors as they show a penchant for eating healthy food, although they're also more likely to turn to less good-for-you dishes.
