Eat a rainbow of colors.
There are many different colors of food to choose from. The most common naturally occurring colors are probably yellow, green, and red. But there are so many other colors that food can be, like blue, purple, brown, and orange. Eating a rainbow is a fundamental healthy eating tip. It means consuming a variety of whole foods of different colors in order to get the most benefit from the different vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants they contain. Different colors contain different phytonutrients. When you eat a rainbow, you're more likely to get a variety of vitamins and minerals.
While many of us eat food merely to satisfy one's hunger, there are some others who eat to experience different cultures and a few others for whom enjoyment is the primary motive for eating. Choose some foods for every color and we'll give you our best guess as to the time of year you were born.
