21/21 goodey Food snob and pretty fancy certainly not, knew them but like traditional yorkshire grub nothing fancy, and been to France difficult finding any grub that we could eatthat wasn’t very expensive or didn’t look like a very small picture in the middle of the plate, all fancy and no substance. Had a amuse bouche looked like frogspawn in a shot glass, Lol.
