Adulthood! Whether or not you're officially there or still dipping your toes in, there are certain competencies that all of us—no matter our marital, professional or homeownership status—should strive to master. These may range from quintessential skills like cooking a meal and basic household chores, to financial and emergency related skills.
No one gets handed a manual upon turning 18, complete with all the life skills they'll need to pick up. Fortunately, none of these things is all that hard to do.
In this quiz you will find many of the skills you need to be self reliant in adulthood. If you're going to be "adulting," you'll need to have acquired this set of essential life skills. How many of these things do you actually know? If you can do the majority of them, you're officially a full-fledged grown-up. Let's see if you can be considered a real adult—or not—once and for all.
Grown-up…and who writes cheques anymore?!!!
It feels great
You’re a Grown-Up!
Congratulations, you’re a proper adult. You’re an entirely self-sufficient individual, armed with a full set of life skills needed to survive as an adult in the modern world. You should be proud of yourself. How do you feel about being this grown-up?

I assumed these were basic life skills that we all learn how to do. I’m 15 o_O
Good to know I’m ahead
Grown up
I’m a Grown-up. I’m 78 years old. There are a lot of things on this list that I have done in the past and I know how to do, like change a tire, but I am no longer physically capable of doing. Does that make me any less of a grown-up?
I’m a Grown Up…..😂😂😂 I’m 63…..I should think so!
You’re a Grown-Up! 👍🏻
I’m a grown up. At 74 I should be. But I can’t wrap presents neatly unless they are a nice regular shape, I can’t keep a houseplant alive, and I can’t navigate with a compass and a map (I get lost turning a corner in a large building). But I have been grown up for so long that sometimes when someone wants to make me responsible for getting something done, I say “I don’t want to be the grownup”.
I am a grown-up. I would hope so, since I will be 84 in 2 weeks. Been a widow for 30 years and have grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great- great- grandchildren.
Sure am

Not a grown up.
This quiz is ridiculous. Ability to drive has nothing to do with being an adult. There are many reasons why some people don’t drive. Also in Britain we are not expected to do our own taxes and the reason I can’t cook an egg is because I don’t eat or even like them.
Grown up, should think so, I’m almost 72 and a pensioner, can’t drive tho wish I’d carried on with lessons when I was 18, bit late now and wouldn’t be as calm as hubby with some of the idiots on the road nowadays.
I`m a grown – up, I should be I`m 64 & I have been living by myself for the last 34 years.
