If I ate most of the food here I’d LIVE in the hospital – if I survived. I can’t digest most of them. Providing generalized diets about which foods are specifically “good” or “bad” is terrible advice, often causing more harm than good.

12/30 Oh dear sounds terrible, cheated on some of these do eat lots of them just not on regular basis. Hate advocado never any salmon in fridge don’t like broccoli sprouts bluberries in fridge and like nuts as for fresh strawberries not many about all from abroad wait till summer and buy lots grown in fields here, willeven eat broccoli in bits in stir frys and sweetpotato frys, not asbad as it looks lol
