From the beginning of time to the present day, humans have recognized the most spectacular places and landmarks all over the world. The ancient Greeks cataloged a list of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, which were the Great Pyramid of Giza, the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, the Colossus of Rhodes, the Lighthouse of Alexandria, the Mausoleum at Halicarnassus, the Temple of Artemis at Ephesus, and the Statue of Zeus at Olympia. Only one of these classic wonders of the world is still standing.

Luckily we do have the New Seven Wonders of the World, which include Great Wall of China, Chichén Itzá, Petra, Machu Picchu, Christ the Redeemer statue, Colosseum, and the Taj Mahal. In addition to these, there are hundreds of man-made structures and spectacular natural wonders scattered across the world.

How many world famous places have you been to? Most people have seen at least a few. But even if you don't know that much about world landmarks, this quiz is not only fun to take, but you'll learn about a lot of really amazing places. So get started, and good luck!
