9/18, 50% Surprised at this, I love nuts but quite a few of these we don’t have in shops over here and not heard of them. They are very good for you but can be calorific, love cashews, brazils almonds and many more, would love to eat some of them salted or honey roasted but don’t, much better raw nuts with no coating on. Cardiac nurse told me to eat handful every so often when diagnosed with Atriel Fibrillation back in 2019, Trust me don’t have much luck, no idea, no symptoms it’s an age thing usually in your 60’s or later, get yourselves checked out as you age!!
