Going on a vegan, vegetarian, or pescatarian diet all have varying degrees of difficulty. In recent years, it has become easier to do any of the three but some diets are easier. Being a vegan is the most difficult of the three. Not only do you have to avoid foods with animal products, you have to know what foods those are. It requires a little detective work to find out which products are free of ingredients that come from animals.

Being a vegetarian is much easier than being vegan. That’s because all you have to do is avoid meat products. Sometimes, meat is hidden in products but in general, less detective work is required for being vegetarian than being vegan.
