You got cut from the movie!

If you were an actor playing a part in a movie, would you be more suited for the main character or a supporting role? There is a condition known as “Main Character Syndrome” where people view themselves as the lead role in some type of movie based on their life. We hear less about a different phenomenon referred to as “Ancillary Character Syndrome” where the person is basically just in a supporting role to some other person. Then again you could be the “romantic interest” or even the “wacky neighbor”.
