You Won't Be Together Forever.

While movies tend to focus on the beginnings of relationships, when characters fall in love with each other and go on romantic journeys, this is not what keeps two people together. What keeps people together is the growing comfort they develop around one another, letting their true selves come out in the presence of another. This includes the parts of ourselves that are kind of gross and disgusting. Once you find someone who loves you despite those things, you’ve found your forever soulmate.

Perhaps you and your partner have not yet reached that level of comfort, however. If not, you should be aiming to get there soon. You spend a lot of time with your partner so if you are not able to comfortably be yourselves in front of them, that may pose a problem.
