If you haven't noticed by now, how you feel right after waking up dictates how the rest of your day goes. Most of us already follow our own morning routines. But we can set a winning precedent for the day by doing certain activities.

To ensure you are well-prepared, plan out a mental outline of what you want to get done for the day. You can also choose the complete outfit you'd like to wear the night before. Another way to have a good day is by waking up on the first alarm. By snoozing, you're getting low-quality sleep as well as disrupting a routine. Drinking water straight after waking up replenishes your dehydrated body and lifts your spirits. This also sets your body's metabolism on the right track.
