According to a new survey from Harris Interactive, these are the top three favorite junk foods among Americans: pizza, ice cream and burgers. When it comes to pizza, 34% of Americans say it's their favorite junk food, followed by ice cream (24%) and burgers (21%). Interestingly, the survey found that women are more likely than men to say pizza is their favorite junk food (39% vs. 29%), while men are more likely than women to say burgers are their favorite (26% vs. 16%).
Junk food is typically food that is high in calories but low in nutrients. Now, we're not encouraging anyone to eat these foods.
