The United States of America is one of the most geographically diverse places in the world. It is really 50 countries all combined together to form one big one. The differences between states are often as significant as the differences between countries are.

This geography quiz is only going to cover the United States. With that being said, even American geography students aren't able to pass it easily.

To do well on this quiz you're going to have to know state capitals, landmarks, borders and more. You don't necessarily need to have gone to school in the US to do well but having done so sure will give you quite the advantage. There is a lot to know concerning American geography and you are going to have to know a huge chunk of that to do well on this quiz. Even American geography students have significant trouble with this quiz but perhaps, if you really know your stuff and love geography, you might be able to do well.
