I had a successful first day.
I got a promotion as head waiter, but probably just because I chose to give the unruly kid ice cream to calm down instead of telling them unruly kids are cooked in the oven at this establishment……lol.
But I could go either way on that choice. 🙄 lol
Most others got promotions, and I’m happy for them. But I’m not embarrassed yet to say I got fired the very first day. Kind of makes me sad though. I was expecting it.
