9/20 Didn’t do well on this at all, lot of guessing 2nd guessing wrong. I don’t drink hardly anything anymore does not with mix with meds. Doc says 1-2 glasses of wine sometimes if going out for a meal, choose smaller glasses now not 250ml and like a sweetish zinfandel Rose. Usually have a soft drink, don’t miss it , you don’t have to drink loads to have a good time. On news it’s becoming a prob. drinking at home and rise in liver diseases, stress is v. bad!!
