8/15 53% Passed it says and I can eat steak. Surprised at this, guessed a lot, never have eaten lots of steak, try cut down on red meats and would never order a steak in a restaurent. Seem to have gone off meat as aged, would never become a veggie but limit meat prob. eat more chicken. Can’t stand any fat or gristle bits on meat so it has to be very lean and well cooked can’t stand bloody meat. Become very picky and eat lot less now, stomach doesnot need it as you age, not young and active anymore, wish I were!!

Some of your answers are wrong – for example – you should not salt beef until after it is cooked to your liking.
Also – a ribeye is more tender than a strip – there is nothing that compares to midwestern corn fed beef.
