22/25.
I got 22 out of 25!
It’s amazing that so many figures (e.g., deaths) can be determined given the chaos that surrounded this war. Also I’ve read many accounts of children of combatants who said their fathers kept mum about their war experiences.
16/25 64% Says did well but don’t think I did, could have got few more, didn’t know some and guessed wrong others. Thank goodness I missed the war born 8 yrs after Mum said some things were still rationed and as a kid used to listen to her stories about being bombed out more than once. One funny story was they forgot to grab the budgie on way to shelter, when they returned bomb had hit house one wall gone and poor little budgiewas still alive chirping away but was bald every feather gone, tough little bird. Hope to god we never have a war again, but entire world is in a bit of a mess all we can do is hope for better things!!!!

From Patton to the Manhattan Project, you know your World War II history! Though some of these questions were obviously quite easy, it takes real keen memory and knowledge base to be able to pass this quiz as a true WWII Historian โ and you did! World War II was a terrible, terrible time in the history of our world, but it also set the stage for what became a time of great prosperity, technological advancement, and progress. We can only hope that the leaders of our world do everything in their power to prevent such an international atrocity from ever happening again.
12/25 41% Rubbish, knew the ones that most people know but not other questions, not into wars always honor the fallen who sadly died far too young so we could live free from a dictatorship and heard many stories from my parents about it and mum was bombed out and moved house few times, just don’t know technical stuff and dates.
