    I have Googled that, actually. Come to think of it though, recently I’ve been falling asleep before dinner, just last night I don’t even know if I had dinner or if I fell asleep before it! I found that watching Demon Slayer or Craftee helps me pass out. (Yes, pass out.)

    Why is it correct?! I have litterly tried everything for sleep. When i was younger i even tried hypnotizing my self. I was stupid back then.

    Except that this is not true…I’m not an over-thinker at all. I can’t fall asleep anywhere, because I can’t sleep just anywhere. Especially in moving vehicles…be it trains, buses, cars or even planes. I also do just fine on little sleep, despite my CFS. The busy brain is right, but not because of worrying…just thinking about things in general.
