Growing up with a TV as a child in the 60s, 70s, 80s and even the 90s brought real joy to many. Watching TV allowed people to stay up-to-date on current events, laugh at hilarious sitcoms, and be part of a larger community of viewers. It was also a way to learn about different cultures, as shows like The Cosby Show, All in the Family, and Diff’rent Strokes featured diverse characters and themes.
Although TV has changed a lot since then with the rise of streaming services, many classic TV shows remain a major source of entertainment for people of all ages and backgrounds.

Try bread making! You can work out all your anger and frustration on the dough. Not only will this give your hands something to do but at the end, YOU GET BREAD! And who can be upset while eating bread, I ask you?
Scrapbooking I used to do it about 50 years ago when I was a kid, I didn`t use fancy stuff I just put pictures in them, that I was interested in. I`ve still got them they are in a wardrobe.
