Winter Geography Quiz
What is it about winter that makes us stop and marvel? It might be the way snow transforms the world, making even the most ordinary places feel magical. Or perhaps it's the quiet calm that comes when the snow muffles the usual noise of life.
But winter isn't the same everywhere. Some countries experience extreme temperatures, turning their landscapes into icy wonderlands, while others enjoy mild winters where snow is more of a rare treat. The cultural traditions around this season also vary widely. In some places, winter means bustling Christmas markets and warm mulled wine, while in others, it's about embracing the outdoors with skiing, sledding, and ice skating.
From towering mountains dusted in snow to serene forests blanketed in white, winter landscapes are like nature's art gallery. Some carry the distinct charm of their home country, whether it's the ethereal northern lights over a frosty expanse or a quaint village glowing with festive lights. Think you can match the scene to the country? Well, you're about to find out!

14/20. I get confused by the Scandanavian countries. If I don’t know I always seem to pick Norway if it’s a option, probably because my nephew and his family live there. Obviously, I pick it wrong several times as well as not knowing other stuff.
